Do I need planning permission for a garage conversion?
Most garage conversions fall under permitted development, but a building warrant is usually still required. We check this at the free survey and handle the paperwork if needed.
How much does a garage conversion cost?
It depends on size, current condition and intended use. You'll get a fixed, itemised quote after the free survey - before you commit to anything.
How long does a typical conversion take?
Most single garage conversions run 3–5 weeks from start on site to handover, depending on scope.
My garage has damp is it still convertible?
