Do I need to move out during a full renovation?
Not usually. We keep living areas usable where possible and plan the build in stages, so most clients stay in their home throughout.
How much does a full house renovation cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the scope of work and the finish you want, every project is different. You'll get a fixed, honest quote after the free survey, with nothing added on later.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Most full house renovations run 6–12 weeks from start on site to handover, depending on scope.
Can you work around us living in the house?
Yes. We keep the site tidy, work in agreed stages, and give you a heads-up before anything noisy or disruptive happens.
Do I need planning permission for internal renovations?
Yes - flooring, plastering and finish are specified to flow room to room, so the whole house feels considered, not patched together
Will my garage conversion match the rest of my house?
Most internal renovations don't need planning permission, but a building warrant may still be required. We check this at the free survey and handle the paperwork if needed.
